ABOUT EVENING PROFESSIONAL ENRICHMENT (epe)
Though educators and educational leaders should always be learning, it is challenging to carry out all their duties and also make time for effective professional development. This is the reason ACSIWC started doing Evening Professional Enrichment (EPE). We realized that if we could offer our school communities virtual learning experiences in the evenings, it would increase their ability to learn and grow.
Another benefit to doing this is not being limited to school timetables and limited weekday professional development time. Because these workshops, courses and mastermind groups happen in the evening, we have opened up many new learning hours to our members.
Finally, because our members have a choice about whether they participate or not, they have the option to choose topics of interest for a greater potential to professionally benefit and improve their practice.
