MB Winter District Meeting 2019
District Meetings are designed to connect, inform, and inspire. Each meeting features time for leaders to share the current realities of their schools. In addition, the latest information about educational trends is provided. This includes political, cultural, spiritual, economic, and legal data that is relevant to Christian schools. Guest speakers are also brought in to make presentations on current Christian educational practices. Administrators are encouraged to continually improve their schools for the blessing of their students and the glory of God.

Keynote Speaker: David Arnold
After having served as a teacher and a principal at ACSI schools in Australia and Canada for 30 years, David moved into education consulting work. He was involved in the roll-out of the new curriculum in Australia and now in BC. David presently directs a new BC curriculum pilot project in partnership with Rio Tinto, Coast Mountain School District 82 and Kitimat Valley Institute, as well as traveling to assist ACSI schools with the new BC curriculum roll-out.
Presentation: Leading for School Improvement
During this time of paradigm shifts in education, we need change leaders rather than change managers. This session looks at the differences between these two, with practical application tips.
