A Canada–wide conference for school Administrators and Board Members hosted by ACSI Western Canada and ACSI Eastern Canada.



What is the Canadian Flourishing School Institute?  
This is a new professional development opportunity for school leaders who want to transform their Canadian school culture to flourish.

  • At the conference you will hear dynamic keynote speakers address the 5 domains within the Flourishing Christian School Model:  Purpose, Relationships, Learning Orientation, Expertise & Resources, and Well-Being. These topics will then be further explored through engagement sessions.

Who should attend?  

School administrators and board members from across Canada. We encourage all schools to send as many delegates as possible to participate in this unique and rich professional development experience.

Each keynote is followed by an engagement session, where leaders will guide you through unpacking the ground–breaking, research–based Flourishing Christian School Model. Two groups are offered within each engagement session, focusing on different constructs within the five domains of flourishing.
