Flex Academy has an opening for a permanent Assistant Director: Foundations Position. This will be a o.5 FTE position for the 2025-26 school year, with the successful candidate also fulfilling a 0.5 FTE teaching position in the K-5 grade range totaling 1.0 FTE. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Director in overseeing, leading and managing HCOS Flex Academy especially with regards to the Foundations Grade Levels (Jr.K-5)
BC Certified Teacher with previous classroom experience
Leadership or administrative experience is preferred
