Job Description

Vice Principal/Teacher - the ideal candidate will be a committed follower of Christ, an experienced educator, and a dynamic leader. The Vice-Principal provides a unique leadership service to the Principal, the school staff and the community. The position would be approximately a 0.6 position as Vice-Principal and a 0.4 position as a teacher.

Salary & Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 depending on qualifications

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Valid BC teaching certificate and a minimum of five years of teaching experience

  • A proven track record of effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • An understanding of the financial requirements of a Private School

  • Administrative experience is considered an asset

  • Acceptance of the CRCS Statement of Faith
