Job Description
Campbell River Christian School (CRCS) is seeking a dedicated and visionary leader to serve as Interim Principal beginning in August of 2025. This position could lead to a continuing Principal position in the following years. The ideal candidate will be a committed follower of Christ, an experienced educator, and a dynamic leader. The Principal provides a unique leadership service to the Board, the school staff and the community. The Principal is expected to embody the pursuit of the vision and mission of the school while managing the school’s resources. The Principal has board-delegated authority and responsibility in the oversight of the operations of the school and its reputation and advancement in the supporting community.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Valid BC teaching certificate
A master’s degree in education or a related field is an asset
A minimum of five years of teaching experience
A proven track record of effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
An understanding of the financial requirements of a Private School
Principal or Vice Principal experience is considered an asset
Acceptance of the CRCS Statement of Faith
