Flex Academy has openings for Learning Coaches for the 2025-26 school year. These are on-site, permanent positions at 33 hours per week. The primary purpose of this position is to extend teacher impact in the classroom and to support student learning in an individual or small-group context and to ensure students are tracking and meaningfully engaging in their classes.
